Time a script
Estimate speech duration and add pauses or clips. Choose a pace for the exercise; it is not a universal professional standard.
How to interpret the calculation
Speech seconds = words ÷ pace × 60. Total = speech + pauses/clips. Example: 150 words at 150/min take 60 seconds; fifteen seconds of pauses make 75 seconds. A 120–180/min range shows two illustrative scenarios, not a statistical interval. Rehearse aloud and revise if the read exceeds the window.
Build a rundown
Allocate a window between segments, assign owners and download an editable CSV. Times are durations, not broadcast clock times.
From a sum to a rehearsal
Each segment starts at the sum of preceding durations. Planning 330 seconds in a 300-second window creates a thirty-second overrun: shorten a piece or extend the window before airing. Add transitions and buffer as segments, not invisible time. CSV retains start, duration and owner. Maximum twenty segments; reload to restore the example.
Review a publication
Check only the reviews you actually performed. The result identifies remaining tasks; it does not certify accuracy, legality or permission to publish.
